This was a summer shoot and I am just now posting. :( However, I have to say, I just loved the time with these little ones and their mommy! Amy was our school nurse a few years ago and we all just loved her. We’ve kept in touch and I am so honored to have captured her babes sweet faces and moment in life!:) I can’t wait to see y’all again!

Baby Bump ~ Baby Landry

Here are a few of the many maternity photos I took for Mike and Aspen. As they are dear friends, my heart was filled with joy knowing that they were going to be parents of a sweet baby boy, Landry Michael. The first few are in the spring and later as you see the baby bump has grown, are two days before delivery. How special and honored I felt to capture these special times times in their lives. Congratulations to you both - lots of hugs and much love!

This morning I had an AMAZING photo shoot with an AMAZINGLY BEUATIFUL girl, Shannon! She is gorgeous inside and out. Well….How exciting for her as she is graduating from UT! I had the honor of capturing this great milestone in her life. She, her mom, and little sis were SO easy to talk to (I felt like I was part of the family:) and I had so much fun! The three girls are so pretty and more importantly have huge hearts! LOVED the time with them this morning.

Shannon, Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. I know you will be a successful business woman. You go and conquer girl. May you be blessed with success, love, and the continued love & support of your very sweet momma! Hugs!!!! OH, and Go Longhorns!

Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I am just now posting photos of my beautiful friend. The Laughter…

Today I had such a fun photo shoot! Other than getting turned around…okay, not turned around but, I was in a daze…SO other than being in a daze, and going the wrong way to find these sweet people, ALL was great! I hadn’t seen these old friends in a while so it was nice to see them and chat with Mama. She’ll be a mama to a new little one here in few months too! She looks adorable and I LOVE that she laughs so much. Blondie was a doll. He was a little shy but, definitely warmed up as we went along. Dad was super. Now, I’m not gonna lie, he does intimidate me a little. I guess, I just wouldn’t want to be on his ‘bad’ side. Looks like he can kick bottom and he wouldn’t bother to take names. Ha! Honestly, he IS a super nice guy. Even soft spoken maybe? It was a great shoot and check out these awesome photos. These are some good lookin’ peeps! LOVE the vintage one at the end.

I’m catching up! So many shoots (SO grateful by the way), so little time. Anyway, this family…okay, I feel like I repeat myself, but honestly, simply gorgeous. I mean NUMBER 1: Everyone was on board the “let’s do this” train. The wind was CRAZY but, that didn’t stop us. NUMBER 2: The kid? He melts my heart. Just look at him. He’s a little kindergarten cutie. Dad and Mom exude how proud of him they are. I felt a warmth in the cool breeze, just knowing that this is one loved and cherished little man. Oh almost forgot, NUMBER 3: Dad was an EXCELLENT sport. LOVE it! Well, we had quick afternoon shoot and that’s all it took. Take a look at these!!!!

Remember Little Red?

Well, here is the whole gang. It was a pleasure to see this family and shoot their family’s legacy…capturing their memories. They make a beautiful family don’tcha think? These photos were taken in a backyard! Can you believe it? It reminded me of that 2007 movie, Bridge to Terabithia. GREAT movie.

Anyway, there was a little bridge and some really pretty landscaping. It was such a great place to play make-believe…I guess that’s why it reminded me of the movie.

Okay, here are few of this sweet family. Little Red is such a natural model, and well Little man, he was SO patient and tried really hard. He’s so cute, it’s just fine he wasn’t quite ready for a runway. :) Mom and Dad are super sports. LOVED the colors. Thank you so much friends! I enjoyed my time with you guys in the backyard!

Christmas Spirit

I am really starting to get into the Christmas spirit! These three were so wonderful and adorable in their black, grey, and red. This is the second shoot this past weekend that was RED. LOVE the red. Love this beautiful mom! I enjoyed getting to know her kiddos better and they totally make me laugh. Big sister reminds me of when I was her age telling my younger brothers how to smile and pose for photos. SO cute and SO funny. I work right next door to Angela. She is the mom of these two great kids. Our classrooms are directly across the hall and we get to chat every day. It’s great. She puts up with my stories and theatrics. She laughs at my stories and THAT is super…too kind. Ha! THANK YOU Angela. You all are beautiful! I had fun. Oh and next time, I’ll pick up dad myself!:)

Sunshine

The time with this family went by SO unbelievably fast! We met at one of my favorite parks and I snapped away as they joked around. LOVED it! They all have a great sense of humor and they all were willing to do just about anything I asked…(for posing of course). The preteen, a teensy bit hesitant but, MAN, I was able to capture some seriously beautiful photos of him and the rest of the blonde beauties. Here are some teasers for you, blonde beautiful peeps! Now this is a family with a WHOLE LOTTA cuteness. I enjoyed shooting this trio again this year! Number One: You just can’t get a bad photo from these three. TWO: I love this tiny tot’s eyes. Finally, THREE: She has teensy-cute-biscuits! Her biscuits are her bobo…bottom… um, yeah, her buttocks! Daddy would say, “Where are your biscuits?” and this would TOTALLY just bring out the best smile. Seriously adorable. We took these Saturday morning…and though chilly, it was easy and super relaxed. Thank you to the Mitchell Trio! Here are just a few you three. Can’t wait for you to see the rest!

These two beautiful people are most certainly my dear sweet friends. We met early Saturday and took many ‘o photos!….SO much fun! The Jordan Family

This weekend was super busy with lots of photo shoots. Yay Holidays! They are quickly approaching. I was so happy to start with a bang on Friday evening with this very sweet, down-to-earth family. They were very easy to work with and the little guy had some serious energy. I LOVED it! It was contagious and made for a fun shoot. The time seemed to race by. Thanks to the Jordan Family! This morning I met these three beautiful kiddos and their mommies for a quick little photo shoot. They were all so cute dressed in blue. We started off in front of an old church. Big Brother was such a model! He did a great job of listening and helping get the little ones ready. As you can see in the photos they all have captivating eyes. I LOVED looking through the lens and getting lost in them. We traveled to a little wooded area but, as any mommy knows, little ones get tired and don’t find posing for pictures near as exciting as the mommies do! We are going to have another photo date in the fall and I am sure I will get some more memorable shots! I had fun! Here is a little sneak peek!

Cutest Little Carrot Top EVER!

Early this morning I met this precious little girl and her very sweet mommy in Dallas for a fun, easy, & very beautiful photo shoot. The photos really speak for themselves. All I’m gonna say, is that this little girl is a model in the making! She was not shy. Nor, was she nervous. She behaved naturally and toward the end…she was MY kind of silly. I wish we had the time to play afterward! Well, she was SO over the shoot once we started whinding down to the last few shots. She did SO well, that I didn’t blame her for wanting to be done. Anyway, I enjoyed it so much. Thank you to both Mommy and Little Red for making the drive and giving me the great opportunity to capture these very-sweet baptism memories! Here’s a peek-a-boo..few!

Cullen & Peyton…heart breakers!

Yesterday evening I went over to these two little twins’ home. I was welcomed with warm smiles and the kindest cooperation by mom, dad, and big sis! I had a wonderful time capturing these two very handsome-little men’s expressions and tiny bare bottoms. OH! SO! CUTE! These two are my first newbie babies to photograph. This morning was a delight shooting these two. I treasured our time together and they made my job so easy. They both brought their very best smiles and Wes even brought his super-cute sense of humor! And well, Page,….she always makes me smile! I had fun snapping away and was so excited to see we have over 200 photos to choose from. There are SO many great ones. The park I have been capturing memories at, has become my friend. It really is so pretty and the area is open with lots of trees. Once again, I had a photo session there. I’m lovin’ these photo sessions. I especially enjoy seeing happy customers faces light up when they see their pictures. Despite having to air up my tire and losing my keys in an endless grassy area full of fallen autumn leaves, it was a very easy morning. This girl is very photogenic and simply stunning. Bischoff Family Shoot

Here are my dear friends, Mike and Aspen. They took such beautiful photos this morning. I like spending time with them. They make me smile and from the looks of these pictures you can tell they both have beautiful smiles! This couple and I, spend at least 3, sometimes 4 mornings every 5 day week “pumping iron” at the gym together. As it’s the season for giving thanks, I am thankful to have them in my life. They, I’m sure are thankful to have me to laugh at a few times every week in the morning…(it would take too long to explain)! Hugs to you friends!

Anyway, take a look at this beautiful couple! There are so many areas in the park that create a different lighting. We took advantage of the soft light and the sunny-yellow light. I was able to capture a variety of photos with a variety of lighting and backgrounds. It was so much fun! There are lots of super-great shots. Enjoy your preview!

Let me start off by saying this morning was so much fun! I met this sweet little family at a park and I did my very first family photo shoot! Jesse won October’s Giveaway and boy am I the one who REALLY won. It wasn’t hard at all to get beautiful shots from this beautiful family. Miss Sophia is down-right sassy and I just love her precious dimples! I think we were there for just about half an hour and I got over 100 photos! I love the fall foliage. Hi there! My name is Yomaida England and I am a wife, mommy, and a kindergarten teacher. I hold my family very close to my heart and I believe in capturing memories...visual memories and sharing them with family and friends. I have one girl, one boy, and a wonderful husband who let me be me. They don't mind me creeping around with my camera and snapping away. I like to call myself a "mommy photographer." Not only do I love capturing memories, I enjoy scrapping photo cards and making original designs to compliment the photos.

My quest to start my own home-based custom photo card business began just about a year ago. I began digital scrapping as a hobby and then to create my kids' birthday invitations, and various party invitations. I received a lot positive feedback. I was creating and scrapping away. I made everything from custom Christmas cards to custom keepsake maternity pictures. I designed and scrapped digital cards for family and friends. I even snapped some pictures myself. After much encouragement from my husband, family, and friends here I am doing something that brings me happiness. Seeing family, friends, and acquaintances light up when seeing the finished product brings me lots of joy! (Please note some of the photographs used were not taken by me and I have credited the photographer). However, my services include enhancing and editing of your personal photos (for no extra charge). I am even willing to meet you at your desired location (within the Dallas area) to snap a few for your custom photo card. Photographs are the heart of a photo card, so it's important to me to create cards that compliment the photo and not take anything away from it. A picture speaks a thousands words. Why not allow me to share my vision and creativity to preserve YOUR captured memories?
